Opioid Crisis Friday: KCSO: Over 100 Fentanyl pills seized and woman arrested in traffic stop.

ATHOL, ID — Deputies with the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Spokane woman Sunday night when drugs were discovered during a traffic stop.

A deputy pulled over a vehicle on near Highway 54 and Railroad Street in Athol, Idaho.

According to KCSO, the deputy saw drug paraphernalia in plain view. 

KCSO says the deputy searched the vehicle and located two packages containing approximately 181 Fentanyl pills.

38-year-old Tanya Myers was arrested and booked into the Kootenai County Jail for possession of a controlled substance.
